Olympus Gaming Lounge

Welcome to Our Youth
eSports Program

What does the program offer?

At Olympus, we value education. We have partnered up with eSports Coaching Academy (ECA) to teach your kids how to game through community-based structured programming that enables gamers at all skill levels to train, improve, and compete.

Allow us to highlight why you should sign-up!

Does your kid love gaming? Are they gaming too much? Are they gaming improperly? Are you concerned about their learning? Would you sign them up to play a sport? If you answered yes, to any of these questions than this program is for YOU!

Gaming has proved to be a growing sport. At Olympus, our coaches work very hard to teach your kids how to game properly. Our monthly programs are designed to to enhance your kids ability to game, compete, learn, and execute. We believe if kids are taught to game properly they can learn valuable life skills. Here are some quick facts about what our program can help with:

  1. Scholarship Opportunities: Many universities and colleges now offer esports scholarships, allowing talented gamers to pursue higher education while competing. We have over 10 partnerships with local highschools and are direct partnwr with UofL and Bellarmine eSports teams!
  2. Professional Careers: Esports careers are on the rise, with major tournaments offering substantial prizes and opportunities for sponsorships, streaming, and salaries.
  3. Mental and Physical Health: Discussions about balancing gaming and well-being are growing, emphasizing physical health and mental wellness. This is why we physically excercise a little before we start each game!
  4. Team Collaboration: Youth esports fosters teamwork, communication, and strategic thinking as players work closely with teammates.
  5. Streaming and Content Creation: Youth esports players often livestream their gameplay, building a fan base and becoming influencers. Ask us about our content creation classes!
  6. International Competitions: Youth esports tournaments unite players globally in online and offline competitions.
  7. Career Opportunities: Beyond playing, youth esports offers careers in coaching, casting, event organizing, and marketing.
  8. Parental Involvement: Supportive parents encourage their children’s passion for gaming and recognize its educational and professional potential.
  9. Educational Integration: Some institutions incorporate esports into curricula to teach teamwork, problem-solving, and technology skills. Bellarmine and UK now offer a eSports minor!
