TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services at Olympus Gaming Lounge (“Olympus”, “we”, “us”, or

“our”), you (“you”, “the user”, or “the customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and

Conditions. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent or legal guardian agree on

your behalf.

2. Code of Conduct

All users must:

 Follow all staff instructions.

 Treat others with respect.

 Use equipment responsibly.

 Avoid profanity, threats, or inappropriate behavior.

Olympus reserves the right to refuse service, eject, or ban users who violate these policies

without refund.

3. Age Restrictions

Participants must be at least 8 years old. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or

guardian unless enrolled in an authorized program or event.

4. Use of Equipment

Olympus provides access to high-end gaming and electronic equipment. Misuse, vandalism, or

intentional damage will result in full financial responsibility, including repair or replacement

costs.

5. Memberships & Bookings

All memberships, day passes, or private rentals are subject to availability and Olympus policies.

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Food & Drink Policy

Only food and beverages purchased on-site may be consumed, unless otherwise permitted by

staff.

7. Internet Usage & Online Play

All online activity must comply with local, state, and federal laws. Cheating, hacking, or toxic

behavior in online games may result in suspension or expulsion.

8. Photo & Video Release

By entering Olympus, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes

unless you opt out in writing.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise. Olympus reserves the right to modify or

cancel events and bookings at its discretion.

10. SMS & Email Consent (A2P Compliance)

By providing your phone number and/or email, you agree to receive transactional and

promotional messages from Olympus Gaming Lounge. Message and data rates may apply. You

may opt out at any time by replying STOP or clicking unsubscribe.

11. Changes to Terms

Olympus reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice.

Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way at Olympus Gaming Lounge (“Olympus”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that gaming, physical movement, social interaction, and technology use carry potential risks including, but not limited to:

• Eye strain or repetitive stress injury

• Emotional stress

• Exposure to bright lights or loud sounds

• Physical injury from movement-based gaming or activities

• Loss or theft of personal belongings

I voluntarily accept all such risks.

2. Release of Liability

I, for myself or my child, release, waive, and discharge Olympus Gaming Lounge LLC, its owners, employees, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from participation, including those resulting from negligence.

3. Property Damage

I accept full responsibility for any damage caused to Olympus property or equipment by myself or my child. I agree to cover the cost of repair or replacement.

4. Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Olympus staff to seek medical treatment on my behalf or my child’s behalf and agree to bear all costs incurred.

5. Minor Participation

If the participant is under 18, I affirm that I am the legal parent/guardian and authorize their participation. I understand this waiver applies to the minor in full.

6. Acknowledgment

I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and assume full responsibility for any associated risks.
