No — walk-ins are welcome during public hours (Mon–Fri 3–10 PM, Sat–Sun 12–10 PM). Members get priority reservations; anyone can hold a station through the Book page.

Enroll during the September campaign and your rate is locked for life as long as your membership stays active. Members get discounted play, priority reservations and members-only nights. Cancellation is handled in person; a declined payment may end the promotional rate.
Olympus is all ages during public hours. Guests under 13 should be accompanied by an adult unless enrolled in a supervised program. Some tournaments are 18+ and say so on the event page.
Absolutely. Bring your mouse, keyboard, headset or controller — our stations are plug-and-play. Please don't unplug or move our hardware; staff are happy to help.
Snacks and drinks are available at the desk. Please keep food and beverages away from the gaming stations.
